Releasing Tension Through Embodiment: Part 2

Releasing Tension Through Embodiment
with Kym and Laura 2-4pm

In this 3 part series we will focus on different areas of the body that hold stress and tension. This is a KYM (Keep Yourself Moving)-Forrest Yoga style class held in a warm room. Each class will be filled with journaling, intention setting and a killer class led by Kym and Laura.

Part 2: HIPS BABY HIPS

In this class we will focus on releasing the hips and hamstrings. Hip classes are one of our favorites to teach, and as a student it really can give that sense of complete release. The muscles in this area hold emotions linked to fear, trauma and chronic tension. We recommend you eat light that day and please bring water.
