Types of Classes

    Hot Vinyasa Flow

    At Doza Yoga we offer heated and non heated Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt, Meditation, Barre, and some dance classes. Our space is a warm and welcoming environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive in their movement practice.

    Warm Mat Pilates

    The wildcard class of Doza Yoga! This class will get you feeling strong and ready to take on the day with Pilates movements, choreography, and sequences. Toning, strengthening, and lengthening are the focuses of this class while incorporating fun music to get the body grooving and the heart pumping!

    Hot Yoga Sculpt

    Hot Yoga Sculpt is a powerful Vinyasa class that incorporates strength and toning exercises. This class will leave you feeling strong and ready to take on the day with each pulse, squat, and breath!

    Hot Beginner Vinyasa

    Vinyasa is a practice that links breath to movement while flowing through the asana. Learn the fundamentals of the Vinyasa practice in this beginner friendly class. All levels welcome.

    Warm Balanced Barre

    Low impact and high result, this is Doza Yoga’s variation of Hot Balanced Barre. It is an energized blend of Pilates principles and dance/ballet-inspired movements designed to lengthen and strengthen the full body. From sweeping to specific, small but mighty movements, pulses and balanced pauses, we’ll together hone breath, improve posture, and build endurance to sculpt mindfully through varying standing and mat exercises while conquering bursts to abdominals, arms, thighs, and booty! Always remain true to proper movement mechanics and correct alignment with a heightened mind-body connection to best take on the challenge!

    Warm Yogilates

    Yogilates is a fusion of yoga and pilates movements. This class gives you the best of both worlds with the flow of yoga and the strength and toning movements of pilates practices.

    Warm Yin & Restore

    Let your body slowly open and create space with Warm Yin and Restore. This class consists of poses that are accessible to anyone and everyone. Props like straps, bolsters, blocks and blankets are used to support the body through the practice. This practice allows the practitioner to settle in and let the breath guide you through.

    Hot Yin and Yang Flow

    Hot Yin and Yang Flow is a balanced practice of power vinyasa followed by relaxing deep stretching. Yang is a more powerful, energetic practice that works on strength and endurance and will be practiced for the first portion of the class. Yin is a more passive practice of deep stretching and creating space in the body, which will be practiced in the latter half of class after the body is properly warmed up. This will allow more depth in flexibility postures and allow for a deep, restful savasana. You will be sure to leave this class with a good sweat and blissed out!

    Hot Slow Flow

    This class is exactly what is sounds like! Slow and juicy. Warm the body up with strategic, intentional sequences to work through the asana. Slow Flow will leave you feeling open, refreshed, and strong. Think: high impact, low intensity.

What started as an activity I did once in a while has turned into one of the biggest parts of my life.

Nikayla welcomed me in with open arms and through Doza, has given me the sense of community I always craved, the ability to touch my toes and a purpose I never thought id find. As someone who has struggled with eating disorders/body dysmorphia, Doza Yoga has shown me that I am more than just my skin and bones.     This is a 3 month binding contract. Cancellation is not permitted within the first 3 months of contract. Autopay will continue the recurring monthly payment unless contract is asked to be cancelled. This class package can be bought in person or by reaching out to ohm@dozayoga.com to have us add it to your account.

Class & Cancellation Policy

All classes are not transferable. If you’d like to purchase a class for someone else, please call the studio at 631-567-4500 or email us at ohm@dozayoga.com. Expiration dates will not be extended unless for medical purposes.

Cancellation Policy: We only charge a cancellation fee of $25 if you are a no-show or cancel less than 3 hours prior to a full class. Our reasoning for this is, if there is a waitlist and you did not show up, the opportunity is taken away from the waitlisted clients. Therefore, a no show fee is applied.

Mat and Towel rentals are free for your first class! Afterwards rentals are $5 each :)
