Releasing Tension Through Embodiment
with Kym and Laura 2-4pm
In this 3 part series we will focus on different areas of the body that hold stress and tension. This is a KYM (Keep Yourself Moving)-Forrest Yoga style class held in a warm room. Each class will be filled with journaling, intention setting and a killer class led by Kym and Laura.
Part 3: HEART OPENING
In this class we will be focusing on all areas surrounding the heart. This is the area where we hold grief, sadness and heartbreak. This is also one of the first areas we close off in order to protect ourselves. We will work on opening these areas up, releasing emotions we may be holding onto and allowing loving energy in. We recommend you eat light that day and please bring water.
