Releasing Tension Through Embodiment

In this 3 part series we will focus on different areas of the body that hold stress and tension. This is a KYM (Keep Yourself Moving)-Forrest Yoga style class held in a warm room.  Each class will be filled with journaling, intention setting and a killer class led by Kym and Laura.

 

PART 1: Neck and Shoulders

In this class we will focus on releasing stress and tension in the neck/shoulders and chest area of the body. These areas hold many emotions including anger, frustration, and overall carrying the weight of the world feelings we often have. We recommend you eat light that day and please bring water.
